Bloody oath there are mate.

Listen. The Eager Beaver has a friggin ripper meat pie and chips. Also, you might be able to get one of those friggin Italians to make up an Aussie Pizza (egg, bacon and cheese) for youse.

Glad to be of assistance

Reg

Agree with u.
Last Thu. went to Vienna Café at 8:10pm, but already closed at 8pm, just curious how its business going.
Actually it’s not the restaurant what I am looking for.

That's funny one of my Grandmothers claimed to be Austrian. She was very nasty, she had to be German

There is also a Restaurant in Anting called "Wirtshaus". Very nice there
And the Cafe Vienna and the Servus Vienna a two different restaurants.
I haven't been in the Mozart think in Jiading.
The Bar/Restauraunt Abbey Road is Swiss but tastes very close to Austrian food. The prices there are very resonable.
btw I am Austrian

Am Austrian-born myself. A while ago there used to be an Austrian/German restaurant out in Hongkou district, it was REALLY cheap and surprisingly close to the real thing. There were never many other customers in there and the manager said they were moving somewhere else. Gave me the new address but I guess they pulled the plug on it as it never resurfaced anywhere else. Pity.

Honestly can't remember. This was the better part of 3-4 years ago. Don't think it had a distinctive name or I would have remembered.
