My husband and I are going on holiday and wish to rent out our apartment here in Shanghai while we are away. The apartment is new, furnished, on the 16th floor with an amazing view over the city (and the only apt. on the floor, so it is nice and quiet). The apartment is available for 1½ months (19th of Dec. to 5th of Feb.), 140 square meters, 1 big bedroom and office. With everything you need, washing mashine, central heating, Internet, 2 balconies, oven, bath tub, double bed, kitchen utilities and so on.

The apartment is in Putuo (a bit north of Hong Qiao) and just 11 rmb in taxi to the subway station. It is a really nice area with a park, International supermarket and lots of restaurants.
