That would be the Loushanguan road metro station, line 2. But then you will still have to take a cab from there, about 15 yuan from the metro station. I guess you are coming from Pudong - take line two, then from there take a cab to the consulate.

Thanks for the directions and it only cost 11rmb from metro to consulate. Hopefully now I'll have a 10yr visa. Took taxi all the way back to JinQiao and it was only 55rmb.
