I am here in Shanghai for slightly over 2 weeks and studying Chinese over the summer. My question is; does anyone know if I can find books in Pinyin, to practice spoken Chinese? Even though I'd love to, I don't have sufficient time to get into Chinese characters. I just need books in Pinyin.

Carrefour and Lotus have CHILDREN books in Chinese with pingyin. Some comes with a VCD or CD depending on the book you get.

corret! text book of primary school...from grade 1-3 are in pinyin!
