So some 2 days ago i ordered 1 whole chicken from Brasa, delivery fairly quick so i was happy. Until i broke loose the meat from the chicken....all red and smelled of raw chicken the meat closest to the bone.

Called and complained about it. 30 minutes replacement comes, half a chicken allthough i first had ordered whole. To tired to argue, sat down and gues what....also red and raw the meat by the bone. Called again, and got "...the chicken is juicy"....well she was partially right, it was juicy.

Went hungry to bed.

I wasn't aware they even still existed, I thought they'd gone under. Not sure why I thought that. The one in Jinqiao Life Hub is gone, isn't it?

Order by phone, not sure which Branch it was. Though would explain if they had to close down a branch.

Vargas is the poster child of how not to open a restaurant in China. The guy is a talented chef, no doubt, but his ADD leads him to constantly open new concept restaurants in a city that doesn't have the proper staff/professionals to run the previous ones.
I have a rule with any new Vargas concept. Go in for the first month and enjoy great food before he leaves it in the hands of the other partners/investors, because once he vacates the place, it goes to **** in record time.
Shanghai is littered with the corpses of his previous concepts.

OK so tell me that these guys do not look like one and the same.
