You might go to the website of the German-speaking expat community and post your query in their forum.
(Also, about ordering cookbooks, presumably in German, one poster wrote: "Amazon hat doch Superauswahl und versendet auch nach China." )

Also, have you also tried any local bookstores? You might have luck somewhere. There is the Foreign Language Bookstore on Fuzhou Lu (commonly known to many expat shoppers as the Book and Stationer Street) and 2 other good bookstores are Garden Books and Chaterhouse. I don't have their addresses handy, but if you search this forum, you should be able to find the addresses.
