I can access my account from one computer at work, and I cannot do this from other computers at work nor form the one I have at home. Whenever I try to logon to my account it says: "Load safe input control faied, please see Q & A for help." I tried Q&A but page is blank I also went to the bank to tell them about this, well no one would understand what Im talking about and finally they said that's something wrong with my computer...whatever
Has anyone had such problems with logingon to China Merchants Bank page?

Try with internet explorer. Chinese banks don't really 'like" other browsers

Yes, that is the first question. You MUST use IE not any other browser. It's because they all use Active X or some kind of code that isn't supported by Firefox and Safari.
