Was a really nice meeting yesterday Dec 4. about 50 people were there. Nice group.
As usual, newbies and regulars are all welcome to come. We do need to print up a map for this event though especially from the HuangPi Metro Station.

Sorry, guess we had lots of people this time around. Anyhow, I hope you will come by Wednesday to the Mixer, Friday to our Masquarade party, or next Sunday to the Coffee andwe may geta chance to meet then!

ohh...so the coffee meeting has a host. Before I went to the meeting, I thought there is a host. When I was there, it seemed no. Hehe...it doesn't matter. Can I have a suggestion? Next time, can you do us a favor? Call everyone's attention and let's introduce each other. Or actually people were just talking in small groups. I might can't attend the meetings this week. What a pity! However definitely I will go there when I get time.

well, since its kind of a casual meeting, more of a venue for people to mingle and not a formal thing , there may not be a formal intro, bit come out and we will do our best to make some introductions

There is a big sign with the Shanghai Expat logo and the entire area behind that sign is reserved for this meeting.
Just go up to the people around the sign and say hello. Also make sure you ask Michael for the discount cards before
you go to order your coffee/tea/brunch.

no, you needn't register. any one is welcomed to join this coffee meeting. I am suprised to know you are working in Songjiang. I used to live and work in Songjiang before.

SINCE This sundsy falls on Christmas, there will NOT be an official Coffee meeting that day. HOWEVER, folkd are still welcome to meet up there and enjoy coffee since it is a regular work day for Local businesses such as Coffee Bean.

PM means "private message". You can do it by two ways.
1) Click on their name and in their profile, there is an option to "Send PM".
2) go to a post that they have posted and there should be a "PM" button next to the "Profile" button at the bottom.

well, Michael isn't in China now and he won't be back till the Spring Festival. we're all missing him a lot!!
in fact, the coffee meeting is quite amazing as it always does. we got both new and old friends. but for sure, at the beginning of it, we ask :where are you from? balabala... do exchange about a lot of things. since there are many friends come regularly, if you wanna know someone more...just come regularly as well! btw, we got Malones mixed party once a week, too.
