Has anyone else taken advantage of the Ctrip offer of a rebate if paying via Paypal? I've been waiting well over a month and a half for the earliest of these and I'm a little worried that NONE of the flights I've booked will be getting them as promised.

Have you been paid a rebate on time by Ctrip after booking using Paypal?
