Ctrip VIP card

I have Ctrip VIP card but the instruction book comes in Chinese only and their customer service was not able to help. What benefits do I get from it other than get more points when buying airticket? I saw someone posted in another thread that you can get 20% - 40% on packages?

I have one too but am not quite sure about the points. I do know that booking online can get 2.5 more times points than booking through telphone. Also there are a few restaurants that give about 10% discount if you show the waitress the card before paying the bill.
I am not sincere, even when I say I am not -----Jules Renard.
