Hello all,

I'm would like to new the name and the adress of the Shanghai culinary School.
Because this school have a very good reputation but I can't find it on the Internet.
If you can help me it will be great, I would like to study in this school and to live in Shanghai.

By my executive chef in France, but the name of the school is not "Shanghai culinary School". My chef didn't know the name of the school, that's why I'm asking for the famous culinary school, academy or institute in Shanghai.

NONE in this city yet... couple of lousy run Chinese culinary schools..... good luck and be prepared for a real culinary adventure!

It's on Hengshan Lu, sandwiched between the bamboo shop and the pingpong table emporium.

I think there they offer cooking classes too. I tried the flyingchef for dinner and the food was delicious and not pricy at all...
