I am now living outside of china, so its not so easy to ask a local shanghai agent. I am thinking of selling my apartment in shanghai, does anyone know what are all the charges and taxes that will need to be paid?

Also, anyone know a real estate agent who can help me handle the sale..i will only be back there for the settlement.

but how much is the capital gains tax??
