A bit short this month are you?

So, please explain why someone would pay 10rmb for a disk, when on the street and other places they are available for less than that as a maximum price. Some people get for 4rmb, normal price about 7 or 8 ?

Please explain?

mat: i justify asking a higher price than the ones you can get on the street because I've watched them, and know that they are of a good quality, have the correct subtitles, in the correct language, don't end in the middle of the film, and the box sets really are the full season, not half, or have expisodes out of order, or missing. Sometimes, to some people, the frustration is not worth going cheap. It's not worth paying 8 kuai, but not knowing if the movie sunddenly ends..usually at the most exciting point (which is what happened to some of the people who bought from me)

BTW, I have sold all the above DVDs.

The rest of my other stuff which I won't be able to take away with me, will be given to charity. Goodbye Shanghai!

Most people have a regular DVD guy/place who will correct any of these problems if found. My local store costs 7 kuai and the owner will take anything back with no questions asked if you get a bad copy. This has only happened once or twice btw. He'll even let you swap if you just didn't happen to like the film you bought.
