Easter Hams and Turkeys

Postby KJ » Tue Mar 18, 2008 11:21 am

Anybody interested in a ham or smoked turkey for Easter Sunday? The turkeys are USDA imported, I smoke them around 10 hours, they are around 15 pounds and go for 650 rmb. I am doing one for a customer, and if I do one, I might as well do a dozen.

Unfortunately, I only have access to five so the first five to hit me with an e-mail are winners (kennethjoewalker@gmail.com). I need to know ASAP.

I can also do hams. We brine them and smoke them, and put a light honey glaze on them. Those are around 10 pounds each and go for 600 rmb.

Let me know. I will smoke these on Saturday night for Sunday morning pick up.

KJ - you need to explain to your staff that the turkey does not come with stuffing. we ordered a turkey for christmas and were pretty disappointed since no one prepared stuffing

I'm the one that takes special orders on turkeys and hams and I always make it clear in talknig to customers that it does not include sides. I also make this clear in my marketing materials.

Sorry though for the misunderstanding.

The turkeys we cooked for Easter just went out the door and they look great. I ate a ham sandwich this morning and it was fantastic.
