Enjoy the perfect springs days and escape the city rush and get back to nature and embrace the fresh breeze surrounding the biggest lake in Shanghai district. Lake Dianshan (淀山湖;Diànshān Hú) is a natural freshwater lake, located in the west of Zhu Jiajiao, Qingpu, only about 1 hour drive from downtown Shanghai, and is the only natural lake in the area. If you looking to do something different this Independence Day weekend then this is it!

Day 1

7:30am Meet at Eternity Fitness
8:00am Shuttle Bus from Eternity Fitness to Dianshan Lake
9:00am Arrive at the countryside private estate
9:30am Set up Camp site
11:00am Starts with Bootcamp training around the scenic forest.
12:00pm Chinese style lunch
2:00pm Relaxing time by the lake
3:00pm Afternoon prepare for an intense adrenaline rush obstacle course and team games.
7:00pm Enjoy a western style BBQ soft drink and beers, party under the starts and relax for some evening drinking games and fun.
8:30pm The Flying Burning Lantern Show


Day 2
7:00am Kayak River adventure
8.30am Western style breakfast
11:00am Conditioning Training
12:00pm Western lunch
2:00pm Treasure Hunt and Games beach volley ball competition
4:00pm Rest of the afternoon relaxing or swimming in the lake.
5:30pm Pack up Camp site
6:00pm Leave Dianshan Lake
7:00pm Arrive back downtown Shanghai

So this is at SYCR I assume? Nice location for such a program. But with all due respect, I would skip the 'swimming in the lake' part on Day 2

yes the venue is awesome and run by a great bunch of ppl. We've already done this location 3 times now and anyone that has been can vouch for a fantastic time.. having a huge BBQ feast after a fun day of training and games under the stars is defiantly the highlight : )

About the swimming presume you mean the quality of the water? Well depends on the time of year. The last one we did was in May and water was totally clear.. the green algae stuff starts growing mid summer but they do a pretty good job of keeping it under control..

Yeah, I was referring to the algae. It's still ok now. I just spent the weekend there. I love that place
