We'd like an old house or duplex apartment in Xuhui, JingAn or Luwan district near a subway station. Must have 3 bedr, 2 bath, open patio or private garden, bright, unfurnished, high speed internet.

Is USD $4000 p.m. going to get us a good place? And are they available?
