A home is an extension of your personality. Kochi real estate and property market is booming and is scaling new heights primarily because it boasts of a culture which is quite urbanized and modern. Majority of the properties in Kochi are located at central locations alongside beautiful surroundings. It is the reason why many Real Estate agents and property dealers offer alluring properties in Kochi which are found irresistible by the customers looking to settle or invest in this city.
Before taking the leap certain legalities must be verified to ensure safe purchasing. The verification of the title of the vendor is the most vital aspect during a purchase transaction of an immovable property and must be preferably handled by a legal authority in order to cover all dimensions. The verification is mandatory owing to three aspects: Validity of the title needs confirmation by browsing through all the documents and authorization documents furnished by the vendor. Confirm that the document is a registered one. The second consideration is obtaining the non-encumbrances certificate from registrar and good title from the concerned tehsildar. The third thing to be borne in mind is whether the land has been acquired by the land acquisition officer. Once the legal areas are covered the other aspect which needs deliberation is establishing your priorities and what is it that you are looking for in your home and the surroundings. Also if the property you are considering buying is value for money or not?

I wonder that how many Chinese would like to purchase the property from India ?
India is the largest country in the Indian Subcontinent and shares borders with Pakistan to the west, China and Nepal to the north, Bhutan to the north-east, and Bangladesh and Myanmar to the east. Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Indonesia lie to the south-east in the Indian Ocean. It is the seventh largest country in the world by area.
