I have a room available now nearby Tongji uni. And Fudan uni. ~ 15 minutes walk to Tongji and 8 minutes to Fudan 10 minutes walk to Wujiao Chang (6 000 m2 of entertainment shopping and restaurants.)10 min walk to Wal-Mart.
The apartment is fully furnished and newly decorated. Nearby you find good shopping infrastructure and a fitness club. The flat is on the 10th floor and has two rooms with all the usual stuff - lounge kitchen shower washing machine dining table TV DVD A/C ADSL etc. The rent is about RMB1500--2000 this depend on which room you are like to rent.
