I'm a new Australian-English Exchange Student going to be studying in a Masters Course in Fudan University (english taught.) Classes for me start 1st September.

I don't have an apartment currently - but was thinking that if a few people interested in living in the area banded together we could get a good deal on a decent apartment in proximity to Fudan. If anyone is interested send me a PM.

If this sounds good, we could meet up for a coffee etc in area and see if we can find something good in our price range by going through the local real estate agents. My budget is about 2500 - 3500 monthly, which if matched could net us a reasonable place.

Fudan has several locations, so it may help to precise which area you're talking about...

I was looking for someone around the Handan Campus. But i've been following other leads as well, and they have just come to something. So i'm out of the looking for flatmate, having decided to move in with some people already set up in area.

Still if anyone's in area, any recommendations on good restaurants, bars around campus etc. would be welcome.
