Enjoy the summer and escape the city rush for a weekend, Get back to nature and enjoy the cool breeze surrounding the biggest lake in Shanghai. The fitness team at Eternity once again sets a new destination for fun , fitness and the great outdoors.

Day 1 Starts with Bootcamp training in the scenic forest. After relaxing by the lake for lunch join in the sailing on the lake or explore the waterways by kayak. Late afternoon prepare yourself for an intense adrenaline rush obstacle course. Evening enjoy a western style BBQ party under the starts and relax adventure camping style.

Day 2 Sees a morning condition circuit and forest hike.. after refueling for lunch prepare for beach volley ball and spend the afternoon relaxing or swimming in the lake. Hurry limited places available.

1594 RMB per person includes entrance fee into private yacht club estate, transport, breakfast, 2 lunches and all-u-can eat drink BBQ dinner, all training, games and equipment, 1 night stay in tent at camp site. All English speaking top level instructors, Additional *50RMB for Lake sailing

Lake Dianshan (淀山湖;Diànshān Hú) is a natural freshwater lake, located in the west of Zhu Jiajiao, Qingpu, only about 1 hour drive from downtown Shanghai, and is the only natural lake in the area. The pro team from Eternity fitness once again sets a new destination for fun, fitness and the great outdoors.

Day 1
8:00am Meet and Leave from downtown Shanghai People Square by bus
9:00am Arrive at the countryside private estate
10:00am Starts with Bootcamp training around the scenic forest.
12:00pm Western style lunch
2:00pm Relaxing by the lake for lunch join in the sailing on the lake or explore the waterways by kayak.
4:00pm Late afternoon prepare yourself for an intense adrenaline rush obstacle course.
5:30pm Set up camp site
7:00pm Enjoy a western style all-you–can-eat BBQ soft drink and beers, party under the starts and relax in tents for some evening drinking games and fun.

Day 2
8.30am Western style breakfast
10:00am Morning condition circuit and forest hike..
12:00pm Refuel with a Chinese style lunch prepare for beach volley ball,
2:00pm Treasure Hunt and Games
4:00pm Rest of the afternoon relaxing or swimming in the lake.
6:00-6:30pm Return to Shanghai

how are the mosquitos? is it worse than in the city?

the few americans that live out there say its not so many.. but of course you better bring some repellents... we're not like the average tour group with a boring guide walking around giving you history/geography lessons ..for those that have been on our Adventures tours out to Morganshan know that the trips are action packed fun times..
