so here is what we are after:

a, 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment at One Park Avenue, fully furnished

or similar in Puxi as such, dont want to be far from the main areas.

Has to be modern, clean and minimum of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, although a 3 bed / 2/3 bath is preferred.

I have heard good things about places such as The Summit and Ambassy Court ...

Budget is around 10,000 RMB a month.

You will have to double that for ambassy and triple it for Summit, at least that is where the market is right now.

but for one park avenue it is very possible;
