Good real estate agent/agency??

Hi there all Shanghainites. Looking to finally take the plunge and move from Honqiao into Jing An or the French Concession. I have looked at a few online agencys - but does anyone have advice/recommendations on the best way to find a good apt? All advice appreciated. Thanks and here's to an end of the rain!!

Have a local who you trust do the searching for you. There is no other way, trust me.
