I've heard so many stories lately from people who have been disappointed by their Real Estate Agents (prices mysteriously raised by landlords 'at the last minute', offers that were never made by the agent so the property became unavailable, prices on agency websites that are not real (or photos that don't match the actual properties)), and I just wanted to write a quick note about an agency that is trustworthy and hardworking:
