Guangdong Online Banking

Postby nmags » Mon Mar 08, 2010 6:27 pm

I've been trying to sign up for online banking with Guangdong Development Bank... After much frustration and finding that I need to use Internet Explorer and a PC for the formatting to be correct, it keeps telling me that my password is wrong. It says "enter password for passbook not password for ATM use." Do I need to go to the bank to get this "new" password? Am I missing something? GRRR.

Also, does anyone know if there is any other way to see transactions than going to the bank/machine thing and updating the passbook or signing up for online banking through the bank. For example, I can check my balance with www.962233.com but can't see transactions...

Thanks

I probably have to go to the bank and pay for it, right? Nothing is ever simple. TIC.

Just stay away from Chinese banks. For the past 12 years I do all my banking with HSBC in Hong Kong. Best online banking you will ever see.
