Guitar lessons

Postby laupsinchina » Tue Feb 28, 2006 1:39 pm

Does anyone know of anyplace or anyone who offers guitar lessons in Shanghai.

I’m a real beginner but have wanted to take classes for some time now.

My preference is actually for a Chinese guitar teacher if possible.

Thanks.

Hey, tobylc, it's great you have arrived. Clearly a bonus to our community. I saw your reply in the drumming thread:
I arrived shanghai about 3 weeks for Study... i have been playing and studying drums and percussion for over 10 years. You can contact me by email: bluesjunior1989@hotmail.com or phone
Just curious, as I personally lack musical talent, how many instruments have you been studying over the last 10 years?

Hey,

especially drum/percussion and electric guitar. I play bass since a few years as well, but not so intensively. And did some piano on the way as well.

Beginner Guitar Lessons

Postby uassainbolt » Tue Mar 17, 2009 7:16 pm

At first you have an idea about how to tune your guitar even if you are not good at it.If you are thinking about taking lessons from a local guitar teacher, then the first thing you have to know is that this has become the most expensive way of taking lessons on the guitar. Prices charged by guitar teachers vary widely.
