I am getting ready to go on my look see trip in a couple weeks. My company 's liaison has recommended the "Asian Asset" real estate agency to work with me in finding our house, with the move in date of 'end of August'.

I was just wondering if anyone had experience working with this agency and wouldn't mind sharing their thoughts. Or if you have a recommendation, please let me know because I'm not locked in to use the liaison's recommendation.

Our housing allowance would cover a villa/house in the Pudong side. We would like to live close to Concordia or Dulwich.
