we have guests from the states arriving tuesday and one of the items on their "wish-list' itinerary is a "spa day" - would appreciate suggestions for where in shanghai they can spa for a day

i know dragonfly and other places have 2 hour massages but are there any real "day spas" in shanghai?

There's a place called Aqua Villa Wellness Day Spa - I"ve never been so I can't guarantee they offer full day packages, but you can try their website www.iscosmetics.com or call 3423-0038.

I just looked those up in my enjoy shanghai booklet - maybe if you wanted, check out their website (www.enjoychina.com, plus they have more info on those spas) and if any of those spas are what you want, it might be worth it to buy the enjoy shanghai package (it's like 200 or 300 rmb, not sure which one) because you could potentially save more than that on the spa packages themselves, as they are often pricey.
