Assuming that you want to rent this place to foreigners I think that you have made some mistakes in the decorations and furnishings that you have chosen.

I doubt that very many foreigners would walk into the house and say 'Wow this is my new home.'

My advice would be to send the furniture back to where it came from if you can and to get something more modern and a little 'quieter'.

Also your kitchen is a bit simple and could have really done with an oven.

Good luck with renting the place out, but I think that as it is you should aim for Taiwanese or overseas Chinese tenants more than westerners!
