I can't send PM

Postby Alex_W » Thu Jul 15, 2010 1:34 pm

The PMs I sent 3 days ago were remained in my outbox. I don't know why. God know I didn't write anything improper.

It will stay in your outbox until the person you sent it logs in and opens it..then it is moved to sent box
If you need a decent v-p-en, pm me for one that works well.

Hmm......the Phpbb BBS app does work differently.I thought I was the only one and just wrote feedback and was about post it.

BTW will the member I've sent PM to be notified via email if s/he has configured as such? Thanks for advising!

That's kind of creepy that you can tell when they receive it, no?

Hehe, let me help that misunderstanding out of the world, what I meant is that if the person you sent too has the email function enabled, he/she will receive a an email that there is a new private message. Regardless, whether or not you have that function enabled, you will not receive an email when someone reads your private message. You will only know, if the person in question replies to you :-)

Hope that clears things up.

Got the same problem. The PM I sent a few days ago has been still holding in my outbox.

Well if you read the above again, you will see that it is not a problem, but purely says that the recipient of your PM has not read it yet. Maybe because he/she has been away for a while.
