Looking for a book or web site in Chinese that I can show my ayi... so that she make other dishes for my family. She is good at cooking Chinese food and makes some western food from dishes she learned from past employers. But would love to have her make other meals (Japanese, Italian...) but my Mandarin is not good to tell her how.

Any web sites, preferably with photos of the meal, in Chinese?

I've been to a couple of Chinese bookstores, but all the cookbooks I see in Chinese are only of Chinese food.
