Kids at Shimao Riviera?

Postby Scojay » Wed May 02, 2007 9:45 pm

We are trying to decide where to live between Shimao Riveiera and Season Villa. Our 7 year old daughter will attend Concordia.
Comments?
Thanks.

I've found that there are lots of kids in Shimao but they attend many different schools and so don't know each other. I have 2 Concordia kids, 7 & 11 and we currently live at Shimao. My son has several friends here but my daughter has not made any friends here -- all her friends live near Concordia. I have heard that Season's has a real sense of community and it is much closer to the school as well. We are moving this summer closer to school mainly so the kids can play more and to shorten their bus commute. Shimao is a nice place to live but my kids are inside way too much here. Good luck with your choice!

Nomadfam.
Whaoo Wha, go whoos!
My wife is from C'ville and I spent Easter at Farmington CC Easter brunch.
We live in New Orleans and evacuated to CHO for 5 months before return to New Orleans.

My 7 year old daughter will attend Concordia this fall.
We are leaning toward Seasons, but we also like Shimao.
