Are Expats or Foreigners allowed to Buy land in Shanghai or Huai Hai Rd.?
Does the government own the land or do local people own the land? Are they freehold or leasehold? All help is appreciated. From what I've heard the land is government owned and you would get like a 75-year lease on the land from the government when you buy a "house."
