Local Travel Agencies- HELP

Anybody know the numbers to any local travel agencies (Shanghai) that are legit and inexpensive. We're trying to book a tour to either Guilin or Xi'an for national holiday. We're students, so cheaper is better, and English speaking would be great. Been trying to plan a tour, but our limited knowledge of Shanghai has been hampering our efforts. HELP!

Use CTrip - can book on line or at least see your options; can visit them on Beijing Lu near the Shanghai Center ... been booking domestic tickets with them for more than two years with NO problems; booked hotels less frequently but have done it

Tried several local agents. Have always been disappointed. Use C-Trip exclusively now.
