@altaibook. It is good of you to recomend a local site for LEASING apartments but I think the OPs are looking for a SHARE apartment.

Whilst on the subject of good ole Anjuke, we are fed up working with agents on this site as soooo many of these apartments and villas don't even exist and if they do, usually not for the price quoted. You get some dialogue like this from the agents...."Oh, so you actually want furniture with the apartment. I see. That will be another 1,000rmb a month and then you have management, fapiao and of course agents fees so that will be another 1,000rmb". So, the "dream apartment" advertised for 4,000rmb is now magically 6,000rmb!!!

It's just a "bait and switch" real estate site like Craigslist. They pinch photos of properties from all over the place and "hook in" unsuspecting new arrivals.
