OP there are nicer ways to request the assistance of somebody who is vertically challenged...and you can pay them more than you're willing for working 14 hours/day.
How about I request the services of a butthole jaguar who will work for 10 times the amount he's willing to pay for a midget, as long as i get to kick him in the balls whenever he says something stupid or f's up the english language.
