I am looking for an apartment near metro line 2, budget 5000-6000 RMB/ month. I would like to move in around the 2nd week of August.

My work will be in Pudong Jinqiao, but I prefer to find an apartment in Puxi.

Can anybody recommend some affordable and good compounds? I prefer the area near Jingan station and Nanjing West Road station.

Additionally, can anybody recommend some good real estate agents? Local agents are OK as well, as I speak Chinese.

I saw yesterday one very nice in the 31 floor, I believe, but I am not sure the exact address, I can find it on Monday. It was 5500, and it was located in Xinzha Road near the block 1700 of Beijing Xi Lu. I know because I have my office in 1701 Beijing Xi Lu. I was with a friend walking by and he told me that the best way is to enter directly in the building and ask the concierge if they have apartment availables. Then, they usually call someone from the management office or a realtor who could be in the building. When I know the address on Monday I will let you know. Good luck!
