Does anyone know of a good English language Chinese cooking class. I'm not trying to become a professional chef, but I would like to learn a few good dishes while I'm here. I work during the day/week so something at night or weekends.

Have you ever tried this one?

I have never been there but seeems like they have some many choices of courses. I think I saw a Thai cooking class too.
