I am an ESL/EFL Teacher with 4 years experience in various teaching environments and have worked with students with different English levels.

I am looking for a FAIR exchange with a Chinese Teacher with at least some previous experience. I don't want to seem like I am discriminating but I feel that an effective exchange should be equally beneficial for both parties.
