The tax man does not care if you are white or a citizen in the U.S.
They only care that you pay the bill when due.
Dad retired on Marco Island in S/W Florida, almost as many Rolls Royce motorcars
as Hong Kong. A 30 minute drive north to Punta Gorda and 5 minutes from the airport
in Ft. Myers is an entire never finished subdivision of house lots with all the amenities
ready for construction. A buildable lot 10 minutes from the ocean can be found under $10k.
My brother in law has bought dozens of condos on the outlying islands over the last couple
of years for easily less than 25 cents on the dollar. Good investment? Time tells all.
Warm year round. Yes
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?

Well... in the short time I have attempted to decide if this even feasible, I have already witnessed the slippery reputation the Chinese have in their business dealings with foreigners. Of course the US companies supposedly already involved with selling property in China seem equally sketchy and more or less defunct anyway. Yeesh. :!:
