I won't recommend any agent, but I would certainly recommend an agency to avoid.

I had a very bad experience with Space Property and the two American guys who ran the company at that stage - Scott and Brent. Scott is still involved and I would recommend caution if you are dealing with them.

I was not a customer but instead had a co-operative arrangement with them. I met my end of the agreement but unfortunately they didn't met theirs and they refused to pay me the money that they owed me. I won't go into the boring details suffice to say that I am out of pocket quite a deal of money after my involvement with them and I have seen enough of their inner workings to recommend that other agents be considered over these guys.
