hi there

i'm looking to rent a place in jingan for 2 months only, starting in 2 weeks.
need a place while doing renovations....

any suggestions? don't want to pay a lot of money nor an agent's fee.

How many bedrooms you need?
World Union----1br reasonable price, around10000RMB, but quality is also like the cheap price.
Farglory, 1b.r. 17000RMB something like that
2b.r. 2000~24000RMB

Yep, 10,000rmb for the LOWER QUALITY serviced apartments that market to expats. There are a few good local ones downtown where you can get a studio (45sqs) for about 3,000 to 4,000rmb per month.

O.P. Dont be a mean ass. Use an agent. A good one will save you MORE than their commission. Other advantages also. Adrienne is right. There are comfotable studio style available for under 4,000. I lived in one for a year, and very happy there.
Bin Eur: Rubbish, dont NEED to pay 10,000, or 24,000 for that matter.
