I live in Luoyang and am in Shanghai for a brief vacation, and am hoping to find services that don't seem to exist in Luoyang. I can't find a western style pedi around my hotel, one that will remove my old polish and put on new. The guy I did use left dents in my calluses and didn't even file my nails.

I an also in despererate need of a good haircuut! I last got my wavy hair done in Thailand, where no one has waves. The stylist didn't cut into the wave properly so I look as though I have a flap of hair sticking out of the back of my head. Help!

I'm at the Sport Hotel in Xuhui. Must admit not terribly competent at finding my way around the city, though I did manage to explore from the Bund to People's Park today.
