Hello,

We've been here for two years and will be here for four more, possibly forever...or some combination of. Are there any real estate agents that specialize in sales for people who mostly only speak English? So far, all of my searching ends up with either agents who only speak Chinese (probably what we will go with, with friends to help) or agents who only do rentals and I would really like to think I'm on my last lease this year. Thanks for any help!

Go with her. She is honorable, helpful, and highly recommended here, and Native English speaker. Yes, even Australians speak English.
She deals in both rentals and purchases.
I can put you on to another lovely honest agent, but she has mainly done rentals.
