To Huangpu/Luwan residents - were you aware of this merger? Did you notice any price adjustment in your district in the weeks before it finally took effect?

Right - I meant real estate.

I originally meant to post this in the business or real estate forum, but these either did not seem appropriate (the biz forum here is mostly about services and the investment forum is about banking) or do not exist (no real estate forum)

So you mean you haven't seen any dramatic price movements? I get the feeling the values in Luwan (the smaller and more expensive of the 2 districts) will decline, while property in Huangpu will not change.
