We would really like to enjoy some sauna time with friends this weekend, we are a mix group so we are looking for a mixed (mix-gender) sauna in the city.

i really dont undertand why you have to act like an horde of sexualy repressed teenagers... there was nothing sexual in my question, i didnt mention anything about "fluffy movies", (sexy) "KTV" or "escorts".

I was going to suggest you go to Hooters first, but I see you have that covered.
There are several co-ed saunas..... Where you have separate sauna facilities.. then you meet up after and have dinner and watch a floor show and then maybe finish it with a footmassage....there is a thread on this forum called legit sauna. It will give you name and addresses of some places.....Do a Shanghai Shex Search........

Thats cause there's no incentive for them to go, once you allow mixed saunas here, they will flock there.

Was actually 'discussing' this with a group of locals a couple of weeks ago in a KTV and they all supported the idea... There was even a talk about opening up a KTV sauna

Serious answer- the bathing areas are boy / girl, but once you put on the PJs, all the other stuff is mixed.

Same in every sauna.

There's a roundup of the best ones in this months That's Shanghai magazine, personally I like the Xiao Nan Guo chain, and usually go to the one on Yan'An Lu.
