Hi Everyone,

I'm not exactly done with the negotiation with my company yet, but chances are very high that I'll be moving from Paris to Shanghai in April/May 2006 for 3-5 years accompanied by my husband and a new-born (due in January 06). I'm actually Taiwanese (my husband Moroccan) so am fluent in Chinese, and I've visited Shanghai twice on business trips, so not really very worried about the move. Just taking advantage of my maternity leave to prepare and find out as much information as possible.

My company is on Tianshen Road near Hongquao area and I'd like to rent a servied apartment close to the office so that I can spend the least time possible in traffic. Does anyone have any recommendations for this area and give me an idea as to what rent to expect for a family of 3?
