We're moving out of our place on Aug 23 and would like to help our landlord find a new tenant. He is Chinese but speaks very good English, as he works for a major US company, and has been a great landlord, which, reading all the horror stories about landlords on this forum, seems like a rare find.

The location is Lancun Lu 55, in the Sunjoy Famous Garden complex. It is half a block from the Lancun Rd metro station which is on line 4 and line 6. It's in the Tangqiao area of Pudong which is only two subway stops from Puxi. The only other place in Pudong that is as close to Puxi is Lujiazui, which is a much more expensive area. If you work in Pudong, I highly recommend this area.
