Do you really think that some comments on smartshanghai will change their reputation? I don't think that people on SHexpat are their target customers...

Exactly. 90% of their clients are local Chinese and 99.9% of their revenue comes from local Chinese. I rarely see a bunch of foreign expats get a table and order bottles.
