Yes, there are some studios but nothing professional:

the biggest one is on 93 ling ling lu (otherwise known as 0093), it is an old anti-atomic basement, they have about 10 rooms, u can go there and book, htere is always someone. (the guy with the long hair seems to live there)

There is another one on Huashan lu, near Huaihai,, there are 2 rooms.

there are also some on Jinling lu, some of the music stores have a rehearsal place. Just ask in the stores

I have a number, Juju, but I don t remmeber which studio it is, lingling or Huashan (one is named Juju and the other Jojo) i ll send it by PM

cool. now all I have to find is to get some of my friends (if any) to come with me... has anybody tried at any of the above mentioned places? was it good?
