Need to find a good hardware software person to look at and fix two PC's at home which I'm having problems with.

Examples of problems, DVD drive was working a few days ago but now is not recognized by the O.S. Internet connectivity via DSL and wireless router, comes and goes on second PC... even get messages occasionally indicating that the IP address of said PC is already in use on the service. Going into Add/Remove hardware can take up to 10-15 minutes for the list of available programs to populate. These are some but not all of the issues. May need to reformat and reinstall. That would be fine but first I need the DVD fixed so I can burn some critical files to DVD. DVD on second PC also not working, this PC was built using a mixture of new and spare parts as recently as April. DVD was a new ASUS part.

The person can be Chinese speaking but must have a good knowledge of hardware and software. We had a guy who at first was very good, but as his business has grown he has become totally unreliable. Spent the last two days waiting until 10 AM for the guy to show and each time has been a no show.

Also getting a full original Windows 7 (English language) DVD from the U.S in a couple of days and want to have that installed on the main PC.

So if you have anyone who you can suggest or point in my direction, please do so.
